GL Events: Information on voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2025
GL Events has published an update on the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital as of January 31, 2025.
With a capital of 119,931,148 euros, GL Events has a total of 29,982,787 shares. The company, registered under number 351 571 757 RCS LYON, also announces the number of voting rights associated with these shares.
The gross total of voting rights amounts to 48,617,693. However, after deduction of shares deprived of voting rights, such as those in treasury, the net total amounts to 47,953,990 rights. This information follows article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
