Gladstone Capital to Redeem Outstanding Notes Due 2026 and 2028
Gladstone Capital Corporation has announced plans to redeem its outstanding 5.125% Notes due 2026 and 7.75% Notes due 2028. The redemption for the 2026 Notes is scheduled for October 31, 2025, while the 2028 Notes will be redeemed on October 15, 2025. Redemption notices will be issued to registered holders by the U.S. Bank Trust Company.
The redemption price for the 2026 Notes will be at 100% of the $150 million principal, plus any accrued interest until the redemption date. Similarly, the 2028 Notes will be redeemed at 100% of the $57 million principal, along with accrued interest. Following the redemption, the 2028 Notes will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
