Global Uranium Collaborates on Geophysical Surveys in Wyoming
Global Uranium Corp. has initiated a collaboration with Big Rock Exploration to plan geophysical surveys for uranium exploration in Wyoming. This partnership aims to explore the potential of strategically located claims by conducting ground-based and UAV magnetic surveys. These efforts follow a Letter of Engagement signed last fall, aiming to advance the exploration strategy for roll-front uranium deposits.
The surveys will focus on mapping subsurface structures that may impact uranium fluid migration and deposition. This initiative expands upon radiometric data collected in 2024 that indicated elevated gamma radiation in certain areas. Additionally, Big Rock Exploration is performing a desktop review to consolidate geospatial data and assess jurisdictional risks.
CEO Ungad Chadda expressed enthusiasm for this endeavor, hoping to combine radiometric and magnetic data to enhance subsurface understanding and guide future exploration. Initial focus areas include the Copper Mountain and Great Divide Basin Districts, with survey designs tailored to local geological conditions.
