Gold House and Garnier USA Launch Inaugural Gold Green Grant Supporting Asian Pacific Entrepreneurs
Gold House, in partnership with Garnier USA, has introduced the inaugural recipients of the Gold Green Grant, a new initiative designed to support sustainability efforts among Asian Pacific entrepreneurs. This year's top award goes to Lauren Choi, founder of The New Norm, who receives $20,000 and various forms of business support including mentorship and promotional opportunities. Nadya Okamoto of August, a lifestyle period brand striving for environmental impact, is awarded the runner-up grant of $10,000.
The grant aims to assist startups facing challenges such as lack of funding and technical expertise in sustainable business practices. This initiative is a part of the larger collaboration between Gold House and Garnier USA to promote economic empowerment and positive representation of the Asian Pacific communities.
Both Choi and Okamoto will benefit from the integration into Garnier and Gold House's networks, receiving significant promotional backing and access to industry events aimed at fostering further growth and visibility for their sustainable business ventures.
