Gold Mountain Mining 2024 Annual General Meeting Voting Results

Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 21, 2024 / Gold Mountain Mining Corp. ("Gold Mountain" or the "Company") (TSX:GMTN)(OTCQB:GMTNF)(FRA:5XFA) announced that all resolutions presented at the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders on June 19, 2024, were approved.

The number of directors was set at four. The directors Bruce Sifton, Ronald Woo, Hugh Behroozy, and Nadine Hoehne were re-elected with more than 99% of votes.

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was appointed as the Company's auditors, with authorization for the directors to determine their remuneration. The Company's Equity Incentive Plan was re-approved, new Articles for the Company were approved, and a 10 to 1 share consolidation was endorsed.
