Gold Terra Announces AGM Results and Drilling Update
Gold Terra Resource Corp. has announced the results of its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 6, 2024. All matters submitted to shareholders were approved. Elected directors include Gerald Panneton, Patsie Ducharme, Laurie Gaborit, Paul Bonneville, and Hellen Siwanowicz. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP as auditors for the upcoming year.
The company provided an update on its drilling program at the Con Mine Option Property. Drill hole GTCM23-056, targeting high-grade gold, is progressing well. The hole is currently at a depth of 2,526 meters and is expected to intersect the Campbell Shear at approximately 2,600 to 2,650 meters. The objective is to increase the current indicated and inferred resources near the Con Mine.
