Gold Terra Resource Corp Announces Promising Drilling Results at Con Mine Option Property

Gold Terra Resource Corp reported significant drilling results for Hole GTCM24-056, which targets the Campbell Shear at the Con Mine Option Property. The company has intersected the Con Shear between depths of 1366 and 1405 meters. This secondary shear structure previously yielded around 1 million ounces of gold at 20 g/t. Additionally, new gold mineralization was discovered in the hanging wall granite host of the Con Shear, with concentrations up to 13.90 g/t gold over 0.60 meters at various depths.

The exploration drill is currently around 1,481 meters deep, progressing towards an estimated depth of 2700 meters to reach the main Campbell Shear target. Under an agreement with subsidiaries of Newmont Corporation, Gold Terra may fully acquire the property upon fulfilling specific conditions.

Chairman and CEO Gerald Panneton expressed optimism about the prospective gold endowment in the area, linking it to the prolific gold camps known for significant gold deposits. He highlighted the untested potential in the hanging wall region which could significantly impact ongoing exploration.
