Gold Terra Secures C$6.3 Million Through Strategic Investment
Gold Terra Resource Corp. has announced a C$6.3 million non-brokered private placement, including investments from Eric Sprott and David Harquail. The offering consists of 50 million common shares in three categories: 15 million common shares at C$0.10 each, 30 million charitable flow-through shares at C$0.14 each, and 5 million flow-through shares at C$0.12 each. No warrants are involved, and the deal is expected to close by November 28, 2025, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The funds will support the drilling program at the Con Mine Option property in Yellowknife. This site, historically significant with over 5.1 million ounces of gold production, aims to increase resources near the Campbell Shear structure. The company plans to commence drilling in January 2026 and use proceeds for corporate purposes and Canadian exploration expenses.
With this investment, Gold Terra targets a strategic redevelopment of Yellowknife's premier gold camp.
