Golding Capital Partners Secures €115.5 Million for Impact Fund

Golding Capital Partners has successfully closed its first private equity impact fund, accumulating €115.5 million in capital commitments. The fund draws interest from various institutional investors including pension funds and insurance companies across Europe. About 20% of the capital is from new investors, evidencing trust in Golding's strategy.

The fund, named "Golding Impact 2021," is designed to be diverse across sectors and regions, currently involving investments in nine private equity funds with over 100 companies globally. A significant focus is on climate technology, with plans to expand the portfolio to over 200 companies by the end of 2025.

An initial exit from the Inverness Graham Green Light Fund highlighted the fund's potential, with the sale of Concord Servicing resulting in a substantial EBITDA increase and notable reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
