Goldman Sachs increases its stake in SOITEC

On April 18, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. increased its stake in SOITEC to 5% of its capital and voting rights. Through its subsidiaries, Goldman Sachs now holds 6.69% of the capital and 5.23% of the voting rights. This increase is the result of an off-market acquisition.
Goldman Sachs International, part of this group, also crossed these thresholds. In addition, various financial instruments, such as securities loans and options, strengthen this position. Notably, 1,977,376 shares come from a loan with a call right, and 50,000 shares are associated with a call option exercisable until September 2025.
The holding also includes call warrant and swap contracts, providing flexibility until 2035. The group has reported these items in accordance with the transparency requirements of the French Commercial Code.
