La société The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., basée au Delaware, a franchi les seuils de 5 % du capital et des droits de vote de GENSIGHT BIOLOGICS S.A., selon une déclaration reçue le 13 septembre 2024. Ce franchissement a eu lieu le 27 août 2024.
Selon le communiqué, cette baisse résulte d'une cession d'actions de GENSIGHT BIOLOGICS S.A. hors marché. Ce mouvement respecte l'article 223-13 I, 2° du règlement général, impliquant une exemption de trading.
En conséquence, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ne détient plus de titres GENSIGHT BIOLOGICS S.A. De plus, Goldman Sachs International a également franchi les seuils en baisse à titre individuel.
