End of the liquidity contract between Graines Voltz and Gilbert Dupont
Graines Voltz, a company identified by the ticker symbol GRVO and listed on Euronext Paris, announces the termination of its liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont. This contract, which expired on March 31, 2026, ends with the cessation of the brokerage firm's activities. Consequently, no transactions have been carried out.
At the time of closure, the liquidity account held 2,208 GRVO shares and €206,524.15 in cash. The shares were transferred to registered form. Graines Voltz has not yet entered into a new contract with any other investment service provider.
As of May 2026, the share capital stands at 1,480,265 shares. The theoretical voting rights are equal to the number of shares, while the exercisable voting rights amount to 1,478,058. The company will publish its half-year results on June 30.
