Executive Board Changes at GRAMMER AG
GRAMMER AG has announced a change in its Executive Board. As of June 20, 2025, Thomas Strobl will depart from his role by mutual agreement. Kelvin Wang, who has been with the company since August 2022, will assume the role of Group Chief Financial Officer immediately. Mr. Wang has been serving as CFO for both the APAC and EMEA regions.
Dr. Ping He, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude towards Mr. Strobl for his service and welcomed Mr. Wang into his new role. Wang's considerable experience in the automotive industry positions him as a strong successor for this pivotal position in GRAMMER's finance department.
