GRAMMER AG Sets Strategic Course Amidst Economic Challenges

GRAMMER AG has announced its financial results for 2024, highlighting key structural changes aimed at boosting competitiveness and stability. Revenue was reported at EUR 1,921.7 million, a decrease from EUR 2,055.0 million the previous year. Operating EBIT stood at EUR 41.6 million, while total EBIT, including restructuring expenses, was EUR 8.1 million.
The figures reflect ongoing operations excluding the TMD Group, divested in September 2024. The company's 'Top 10' program successfully introduced measures such as launching a service center in Serbia and reducing capacities in EMEA, positioning GRAMMER for future growth.
Jurate Keblyte, CFO of GRAMMER AG, noted the challenges of a weak economy and automotive industry changes. Despite declining revenue in key regions like EMEA, GRAMMER anticipates maintaining 2025 revenue levels and improving EBIT to EUR 60 million, supported by cost-saving initiatives.
