GRAMMER Aktiengesellschaft Revises Financial Forecast for 2024
Ursensollen, August 9, 2024 – GRAMMER AG has adjusted its financial forecast for the 2024 fiscal year. Based on current business trends, the company has indicated that its operating EBIT will not reach the previously projected EUR 75 million. Instead, GRAMMER expects operating EBIT to align with the previous year’s figure of EUR 56.8 million.
Group revenue for 2024 is also anticipated to fall slightly below last year's total of EUR 2,304.9 million. The revised forecast is primarily due to negative volume effects and issues such as volatile plant capacity utilization, high costs associated with product launches and personnel, and reduced productivity.
The Top 10 Measures program initiatives aimed at increasing profitability have not fully offset these challenges. GRAMMER AG plans to release its interim report for the first half of 2024 on August 14, 2024.
