GRENKE Continues to Gain Traction in the USA

GRENKE AG, a global financing partner for SMEs, has expanded its presence in the United States by opening a second location in Chicago. This new office will serve the Central, North, and South East regions, complementing the company's initial presence in Phoenix since 2019. The US market holds significant potential for GRENKE, with over 30 million SMEs, exceeding the number in Europe.

CEO Dr. Sebastian Hirsch highlighted the multi-billion-dollar niche the company targets with its small-ticket leasing offers. The company aims for substantial growth, projecting the US to become one of its core markets and a key driver of long-term sustainable growth.

GRENKE specializes in leasing contract volumes up to EUR 50,000, financing a variety of objects from IT infrastructure to medical equipment. The company also focuses on green technology, with growing demand for items like eBikes and charging infrastructure. Currently, GRENKE serves approximately 670,000 customers across 31 countries.

Jürgen Eichinger, Managing Director of the Chicago location, stated that office and IT equipment are pivotal categories in the US. The company also focuses on hospitality and medical sectors. Thomas Sauerteig from the Phoenix location noted that ongoing SME investment needs present significant growth opportunities, particularly in digitalization and the green economy.
