Grid Battery Metals Completes Phase 2 of 2024 Clayton Valley Project Exploration

COQUITLAM, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2024 / Grid Battery Metals Inc. (Grid) announced the completion of phase two of its soil sampling program and the construction of a comprehensive geologic model. This endeavor is part of the 2024 Clayton Valley Project exploration plan. The initiative aims to improve the accuracy of potential drill targets for lithium-bearing brines.

The initial soil sampling in March 2024 consisted of 166 samples, revealing significant lithium presence at certain claim areas. A second infill phase conducted in May 2024 added 286 samples to refine these findings further. The assay results are still pending.

The data were integrated into a Leapfrog geologic model, incorporating various geophysical and geochemical aspects. This model is expected to aid in the precise identification of drill holes, optimizing the exploration process. The project is located near Century Lithium's successful exploration sites, adding strategic value to Grid's endeavors.

Tim Fernback, President & CEO, expressed enthusiasm for the preliminary results and the potential value generation in this promising lithium-producing region of Nevada.
