Grid Battery Metals Inc. Launches 2024 Exploration Program in Clayton Valley for Lithium Project

Grid Battery Metals Inc. has announced the commencement of its 2024 Exploration Program on the Clayton Valley Lithium Project. The company aims to assess the lithium potential through detailed soil sampling and a Controlled-Source Audio-Magnetotellurics (CSAMT) geophysical survey. Rangefront Geological has been chosen to conduct these exploratory activities, with KLM Geoscience handling the CSAMT survey. This survey technique is crucial for identifying lithium brine layers by detecting low resistivity areas and locating structures that could concentrate brine. Soil sampling will further reveal areas where subsurface brine may have surfaced.

Grid Battery Metals Inc. has outlined plans for a comprehensive exploration strategy, highlighted by selecting drill targets based on the findings from the soil sampling and CSAMT survey. This strategy includes conducting a first-phase drill program, aiming to explore four locations to depths of 1,000 feet each. Following this, the company aspires to develop a 3D model to provide a detailed interpretation of the underground stratum for its shareholders.
