Grid Metals Welcomes Constantine Karayannopoulos to the Board of Directors

Toronto, ON / ACCESSWIRE / June 6, 2024 / Grid Metals Corp. (TSXV:GRDM)(OTCQB:MSMGF) announced the appointment of Constantine Karayannopoulos to its Board of Directors. He replaces Edward Munden.

Mr. Karayannopoulos is a Professional Engineer with an extensive background in executive roles. He previously served as President, CEO, and Director of Neo Material Technologies until its 2012 acquisition for C$1.3 billion. He co-founded and chaired Neo Lithium Corp. until its acquisition in 2022 for C$960 million. He advises public companies in the rare earth and critical minerals sector, and holds positions with Lithium Royalty Corp. and the University of Toronto's Department of Chemical Engineering.
