Grolleau 2023 annual results: Growth dynamics despite challenges

Montilliers, April 26, 2024 – Grolleau published its annual results for the 2023 financial year, ending December 31, 2023, marking a 9-month consolidation period. Consolidated turnover reached €26.0 million, with EBITDA of €0.5 million, corresponding to a margin of 1.8%. The company highlights a successful proportional integration of 49.9% of OMP Mechtron since August 1, 2023.

In proforma format over 12 months, turnover stood at €44.3 million, exceeding forecasts with an EBITDA margin of 4.4%. This performance is attributed to the operational efficiency and seasonal contribution of OMP. The proforma net result remains negative at -€0.4 million, mainly due to exceptional costs and depreciation.
