Grounded People Apparel Inc. Issues Clarification on Sales Data Release

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 14, 2024 / Grounded People Apparel Inc. ("Grounded" or the "Company") (CSE:SHOE)(OTCQB:GPAIF)(FRA:K1G), a fair-trade and sustainable shoe company, has issued a news release to clarify a previous announcement. At the request of the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company acknowledges that its June 7, 2024, release lacked sufficient balance and context in presenting year-to-year and quarter-to-quarter sales increases via percentages. The Company fully retracts that disclosure, including all material distributed through Stride Publishing.

The agreement with Stride, detailed in a February 7, 2023, release, encompasses investor relations, content creation, and digital campaign services for a fee of $550,000. No securities have been issued to Stride as part of this agreement.
