Dalata Hotel Group PLC a annoncé un changement dans la composition de ses principaux actionnaires. FMR LLC, basée à Wilmington, aux États-Unis, a réduit sa participation dans Dalata. Le 30 avril 2025, la participation de FMR LLC est passée sous le seuil de 5 %, à 4,9893 %. Auparavant, FMR détenait 5,2638 % des droits de vote.
Cet ajustement a fait l'objet d'une notification officielle adressée au groupe hôtelier Dalata et à la Banque centrale d'Irlande. Les droits de vote portent sur 10 551 590 actions Dalata, sous le code ISIN IE00BJMZDW83. Malgré cette réduction, FMR demeure un actionnaire majoritaire.
La structure de contrôle de FMR implique plusieurs entités, Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC détenant directement 3,8769 % du capital. Ce changement souligne la gestion active du portefeuille au sein des vastes activités de gestion d'actifs de FMR.
