Groupe Rougier : Répartition du Capital et Droits de Vote au 30 Novembre 2025
Le Groupe Rougier, société anonyme à Conseil d'Administration, a annoncé la répartition de son capital social au 30 novembre 2025. Avec un capital de 5.549.144,22 euros, l'entreprise basée à Niort précise disposer de 1.092.000 actions.
En ce qui concerne les droits de vote associés, le nombre total brut est de 1.850.764. Toutefois, le total net, après déduction des actions privées de droit de vote, s'élève à 1.840.724. Ces informations s'inscrivent dans le cadre de l'obligation de transparence suivant l'article L 233-8 du Code de commerce.
