Gryphon Digital Mining Releases May Operational Update
On June 5, 2024, Gryphon Digital Mining, Inc. (Nasdaq:GRYP) released its unaudited operational update for May 2024. The company, known for its 100% renewable bitcoin mining operations, has reported impressive gains in energy efficiency.
Gryphon set a new company record with an energy efficiency of 28.6 joules per terahash. The company produced approximately 22 bitcoins in May, valued at $1.4 million based on an average bitcoin price of $65,071 during the month. Additionally, the company achieved a bitcoin efficiency of 24 BTC/EH and managed a self-mining hashing power of 904 PH/s with a fleet uptime of 98%.
Gryphon will be included in the Russell Microcap Index starting July 1st, a milestone reflecting its growing influence in the industry. Operations remain fully powered by zero-carbon hydro power. Gryphon currently holds around 17 bitcoins in its treasury.
