GS Verde Group Acquires Anderson Shaw Corporate Finance

The GS Verde Group, a UK and Ireland-based dealmaking firm, has expanded with the acquisition of Anderson Shaw Corporate Finance, located in the West Midlands. This marks GS Verde's third acquisition in its buy-and-build strategy. The acquisition is part of numerous announcements in 2024, including the company's admission to JP Jenkins, a secondary market dealing platform.

GS Verde's CEO, Nigel Greenaway, expressed delight in acquiring Anderson Shaw Corporate Finance. He noted that the JP Jenkins placement has accelerated GS Verde's growth plans, bolstering its presence in the West Midlands. Peter Wilson, who has led Anderson Shaw since 2017, will join GS Verde's deal team.
