GTT: Monthly Disclosure of Voting Rights and Shares

GTT (Gaztransport & Technigaz) has disclosed the total number of voting rights and shares composing its share capital as of July 31, 2024, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

As of the end of July, GTT reported a total of 37,117,772 shares. The theoretical total number of voting rights also stood at 37,117,772. However, excluding treasury shares, the net total number of voting rights was 37,048,937.
