GTT: Update on voting rights and shares for January 2025
In a press release published from Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse on April 4, 2025, GTT corrected information on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital for January 2025. The changes are based on provisions of articles of the French Commercial Code and the AMF General Regulations.
As of January 31, 2025, GTT's share capital consisted of 37,117,772 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 37,117,772, while the net voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amount to 37,030,337.
