Guanajuato Silver Announces Changes to Executive Team

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSilver) has appointed Juan Martin Pena as VP Operations in Mexico. With 36 years of experience in the Mexican mining industry, Pena previously served as Operations Director for Grupo Mexico SAB de CV and General Manager at the Del Toro silver mine for First Majestic Silver Corp. Pena holds a Mine Engineering degree from the University of Guanajuato.

James Anderson, Chairman and CEO, highlights Pena's professionalism and business acumen, aligning well with the company's current development stage. The company also announces the retirement of Gerardo and Hernan Dorado. Hernan has resigned as Director and Chief Strategy Officer, while Gerardo will retire as VP of Projects in September.

Additionally, GSilver has granted stock options to an Officer to purchase 300,000 common shares at $0.25, exercisable over five years, with a vesting schedule.
