Vancouver, BC / ACCESSWIRE / June 20, 2024 - Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSilver) (TSXV:GSVR)(OTCQX:GSVRF) has finalized the issuance of 2,683,333 common shares at $0.30 per share to clear $805,000 in liabilities. The issued shares are under a four-month hold period expiring on October 21, 2024.
Corporate Update: GSilver will host a Mining Operations Update Presentation on June 27, 2024, at 2pm Pacific. Hernan Dorado Smith, Chief Strategy Officer, will discuss the Company's operations and plans for the rest of 2024. The presentation will be held at Ventum Financial Corp, Vancouver.
