Guanajuato Silver Updates on Pinguico Project Developments
Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd., a fast-growing Mexican precious metals producer, has released an update on its 2024 drilling program at the Pinguico Project in Guanajuato, Mexico. The latest drilling of the southern portion of the property focused on the Pinguico and San Jose veins, yielding high-grade intercepts that expand the project's resource potential. A resource estimate is anticipated by late 2025.
Notably, a 650-meter deep drill, SP24-003, intersected the Veta Madre vein, highlighting a potential confluence with the Pinguico system. The company plans to further investigate this intersection by drilling deeper holes in Q2, 2025.
Guanajuato Silver is advancing its underground mining activities. The goal is to reach a substantial stockpile located 600 meters from the adit entrance by Q2, 2025, using silver and gold production revenue to fund the progression.
