Guerbet: Half-yearly report on the liquidity contract

Villepinte, September 2, 2024 – Guerbet has published its half-yearly report for the liquidity contract entrusted to Exane BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account included 4,859 Guerbet shares and €521,051.

During the first half of 2024, 124,600 shares were purchased for an amount of €3,912,318, spread over 1,548 transactions. On sale, 134,711 shares were traded for an amount of €4,206,187, totaling 1,721 transactions.

For comparison, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account held 13,219 Guerbet shares and €268,064. In the second half of 2023, 82,916 shares had been purchased for €1,568,500 and 88,067 shares sold for €1,669,852.

At the start of the interventions in April 2022, the account held €600,000.
