Gulf Keystone Petroleum PDMR Shareholdings Update
Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd. (LSE: GKP) has announced that key figures within the company have exercised their vested share options from the 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The shares were initially granted in 2022, and upon exercising these options, a portion was sold to address arising tax liabilities, with the remaining shares retained by each individual.
The Company's Employee Benefit Trust facilitated market purchases to satisfy the vesting of all LTIP options, without issuing new shares. Consequently, the total number of voting rights remains at 217,005,286. The key managerial figures involved include Alasdair Robinson, John Hulme, and Clare Kinahan. Their share transactions took place between the 22nd and 23rd of April 2025 with individual selling prices averaging between £1.520 and £1.556 per share.
