Half-year review and end of MND’s liquidity contract
The French industrial group MND, specializing in cable mobility and leisure infrastructure, has published its half-yearly balance sheet as of June 30, 2024 for the liquidity contract with the Gilbert Dupont Stock Exchange.
As of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account contained 5,280 shares and a cash balance of €4,186.20. In the first half of 2024, 10,905 securities were purchased for an amount of €8,611.97, while 12,139 securities were sold for an amount of €9,685.21.
Compared to the balance sheet as of December 31, 2023, the number of shares decreased from 6,514 to 5,280, while the cash balance increased slightly. When the contract was initially set up, the cash balance was €250,000 for zero shares.
It is also announced that from July 1, 2024, the liquidity contract between MND and the Gilbert Dupont brokerage firm will end.
