Half-year review of Sodexo's liquidity contract as of June 30, 2024
Sodexo has published the half-yearly report of its liquidity contract managed by BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account showed 29,035 securities and 13,951,381 euros. The first half of 2024 saw the purchase of 351,196 securities for 27,801,143 euros and the sale of 328,161 securities for 26,075,320 euros.
It is recalled that the liquidity contract, initially concluded with Exane BNP Paribas in March 2020 and suspended in August 2023, resumed in February 2024 after the Pluxee spin-off, with 6,000 securities and 15,677,203 euros. During the previous balance sheet as of December 31, 2023, the account also included 6,000 securities and 15,677,203 euros.
For the record, when the AMF decision was implemented in July 2021, the liquidity account contained 167,903 securities and 11,605,851 euros. In March 2020, it included 227,000 titles and 7,088,975 euros.
