Half-year review of the Charwood Energy liquidity contract
Charwood Energy has published its half-yearly report on the liquidity contract entrusted to Kepler Cheuvreux. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account presented 41,992 securities and €13,542.23 in cash. The number of purchase transactions was 151 for a volume of 6,036 securities exchanged and a total amount of €22,486.11. At the sale, there were 104 transactions for 1,982 securities exchanged for the amount of €7,847.96.
Compared to the last balance sheet on December 31, 2023, an increase in securities in stock was observed, from 37,938 to 41,992. However, the amount in cash decreased from €27,849.12 to €13,542.23. The volume traded for buying and selling also recorded notable variations.
When the contract was initially set up, no securities were available, but €200,000 was in cash. The implementation of this assessment follows AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021.
