Lyon, July 1, 2024 – 6:00 p.m. – The company Obiz© (Euronext Growth® - FR0014003711 - ALBIZ), specialized in responsible relationship marketing, has published its half-yearly report for the liquidity contract entrusted to the Gilbert Dupont brokerage firm.
As of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account showed 24,973 shares and a cash balance of €115,235.47. For the first half of 2024, transactions involved the purchase of 58,197 securities for €359,119.24 and the sale of 53,044 securities for €329,174.96.
Comparatively, the balance sheet as of December 29, 2023 showed a liquidity account of 19,820 shares and a cash balance of €145,179.36. At the origin of the contract, the means made available were 0 shares and €250,000.00 in cash.
