Half-year review of the Transition Evergreen liquidity contract
As of June 30, 2024, the company Transition Evergreen published its half-yearly balance sheet for the liquidity contract entrusted to Kepler Cheuvreux. The liquidity account presented 62,692 securities and €58,476.68 in cash.
During the first half of 2024, 94,834 securities were purchased for an amount of €195,493.13, in 635 transactions. At the same time, 77,213 securities were sold for €164,258.91, in 468 transactions.
Comparatively, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account showed 45,071 securities and €39,168.74 in cash. For the second half of 2023, 95,323 securities were purchased for €244,561.82 and 80,724 securities sold for €211,520.30.
When the contract was set up, the liquidity account contained 11,010 securities and €15,000 in cash, in accordance with AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021.
