Half-yearly liquidity contract report for OKWIND Group
OKWIND Group, specializing in energy generation systems for self-consumption, has published the half-yearly report of its liquidity contract with Portzamparc – BNP Paribas Group, for the second half of 2024. As of December 31, 2024, the liquidity account held 12,230 company shares and 34,594.15 euros in cash.
Compared to June 30, 2024, the account then had 7,500 securities and 90,899.19 euros in cash. Since the implementation of the contract in August 2022, the initial means were 200,000 euros.
During the second half of 2024, 32,805 shares were purchased for a total of 277,703.46 euros and 28,075 shares were sold for 221,398.42 euros, through 585 purchase transactions and 389 sale transactions.
