Half-yearly report of the Majestic Cannes Hotel as of April 30, 2024

The turnover of the Majestic Hotel as of April 30, 2024 amounts to €18.4 million, down slightly compared to €19 million for the previous half-year. Total operating income reached €19.1 million, compared to €19.9 million previously. Operating expenses increased from €22.1 million to €22.4 million.

The operating result was negative at -€3.2 million, worsened compared to -€2.2 million for the previous half-year. The net result amounts to a loss of -€1.1 million, compared to -€535 thousand previously.

The room occupancy rate reached 41.33%, down from 48.56% the previous year. On the other hand, food and beverage turnover increased by 6.77%, reaching €5.8 million.

Despite these mixed results, the Majestic Hotel remains optimistic for the second part of the year thanks to the first indicators of the tourist season.
