Half-yearly report on ENGIE's Liquidity Contract
ENGIE has published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract entrusted to Rothschild Martin Maurel for the period from July 1 to December 31, 2024. At the end of the year, the liquidity account showed a balance of €49,764,963, but no securities were included.
During this period, ENGIE carried out 19,498 securities purchase transactions for a total of 16,979,180 securities, representing €257,304,343.42. In addition, 19,814 sales transactions were carried out, involving 17,604,180 securities for an amount of €266,518,658.36.
As of June 30, 2024, ENGIE had 625,000 shares and €40,355,914 in its liquidity account. The balance sheet therefore shows intense activity on the securities market during the second half of 2024.
