Half-yearly report on the OVH Group Liquidity Contract
OVH Groupe has published the half-yearly report of its liquidity contract, managed by Rothschild Martin Maurel, as of December 31, 2024. The resources of the liquidity account then included 60,000 shares and a balance of 3,895,937 euros.
During the second half of 2024, OVH carried out 5,787 transactions for the purchase of 627,174 shares, totaling 3,885,733.05 euros. At the same time, 5,976 sales transactions were carried out, concerning 712,174 shares, for an amount of 4,476,552.15 euros.
As of June 30, 2024, OVH's liquidity account showed 145,000 shares and 3,305,118 euros. This change reflects the sustained activity on the OVH share during this period.
