Half-yearly review of the Broadpeak liquidity contract – 1st half of 2024
Broadpeak, a specialist in software solutions for video streaming, published on July 3, 2024 its half-yearly review of the liquidity contract entrusted to TP ICAP (Europe). This company is regulated by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority and the Financial Markets Authority.
As of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account showed 46,658 securities and 46,511.76 euros in cash. During the first half of the year, 86,967 securities were purchased for 163,695.13 euros in 397 transactions, while 85,929 securities were sold for 165,101.83 euros in 332 transactions.
As a reminder, as of December 29, 2023, the liquidity account had 45,620 securities and 25,951.36 euros in cash. When the liquidity contract was put in place on July 12, 2022, it contained no securities and 200,000 euros in cash.
