Half-yearly review of the Claranova SE liquidity contract
Paris, France – July 3, 2024. The company Claranova SE has published its half-yearly report concerning the liquidity contract entrusted to Kepler Cheuvreux. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account showed 503,813 securities and €51,116.81 in cash.
During the first half of 2024, there were 2,244 purchase transactions and 1,909 sale transactions, for a total of 767,582 securities purchased (€1,804,631.91) and 692,031 securities sold (1,665,962.04 €).
As a reminder, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 428,262 securities and €186,875.43 in cash. During the second half of 2023, 959 purchase transactions and 990 sales were carried out.
This half-yearly report complies with AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021.
