Half-yearly review of the KALRAY SA liquidity contract with Gilbert Dupont

KALRAY SA has published its half-yearly report concerning the liquidity contract entrusted to the Gilbert Dupont brokerage company. As of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account showed 13,315 shares and a cash balance of €60,138.57. During the first half of 2024, a total of 183,461 shares were purchased for €3,302,034.95 through 3,486 transactions, while 177,720 shares were sold for €3,213,546.83 through 2,930 transactions .

As a reminder, as of December 29, 2023, the liquidity account had 7,574 shares and a cash balance of €148,625.77. Initially, the liquidity contract was set up without shares, but with a cash balance of €250,000.00 available.
