Half-yearly review of the liquidity contract between Fermentalg and Gilbert Dupont
Libourne – July 2, 2024 – Fermentalg has published the results of the liquidity contract established with the Gilbert Dupont brokerage firm. As of June 28, 2024, the liquidity account contained 177,430 shares and a balance of 45,816.14 euros. At the time of the balance sheet of December 29, 2023, 161,768 shares and 52,127.30 euros were available.
During the first half of 2024, 1,284,527 shares were purchased for 730,711.30 euros, and 1,268,865 shares sold for 724,475.13 euros. The total number of transactions carried out amounts to 5,613 operations. Originally, the contract did not include any shares and benefited from liquidity of 500,000 euros.
The publication of revenue for the first half of 2024 is expected on July 4, 2024 after the close of markets.
