Half-yearly review of the liquidity contract with Kepler Cheuvreux
Valerio Therapeutics announces the half-yearly balance sheet of the liquidity contract entrusted to Kepler Cheuvreux, as of June 30, 2024. The liquidity account includes 392,365 securities and €144,905.34 in cash. During this half-year, 108 purchase transactions were carried out for a volume of 128,013 securities and €15,133.69, and 95 sale transactions for a volume of 103,822 securities and €12,955.33.
For comparison, as of December 31, 2023, the liquidity account contained 368,174 securities and €144,918.05 in cash. Over this half-year, 324 purchase transactions and 244 sales were carried out, with respective volumes of 304,205 securities and 223,191 securities.
When the contract was set up, the account had 87,612 securities and €196,423.24 in cash. This assessment complies with AMF decision no. 2021-01 concerning liquidity contracts on equity securities.
