Half-yearly review of the VEOLIA ENVIRONNEMENT liquidity contract
Veolia Environnement has published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract as of June 30, 2024. The contract, managed by Kepler Cheuvreux, reveals the presence of 380,999 securities and 971,479.30 euros in cash in the liquidity account.
During the half-year, 5,873 purchase transactions were carried out for a volume of 5,665,518 securities, corresponding to 166,331,172.04 euros. On the sales side, 5,730 transactions were executed for 5,447,489 securities, amounting to 160,384,397.31 euros.
At the end of 2023, the account's reserves were composed of 162,970 securities and 6,771,585.21 euros in cash, with volumes traded respectively of 4,517,224 securities for purchase and 4,540,615 securities for purchase. sale.
The liquidity contract was implemented in accordance with AMF decision no. 2021-01 of June 22, 2021, which governs liquidity contracts on equity securities.
