Harald von Heynitz Appointed to Cherry SE Supervisory Board

Cherry SE announced a change in its Supervisory Board on April 10, 2024. Harald von Heynitz has been appointed to succeed Joachim Coers, who resigned his position effective December 31, 2023. Von Heynitz, with over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, steps into his new role following a court appointment on April 5, ahead of the Annual General Meeting on June 14, where he will stand for election as a full member.

Von Heynitz brings a substantial background, including roles at KPMG and Siemens Gamesa Renewables Energy, to his position on Cherry SE's Audit Committee. Marcel Stolk, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, highlighted von Heynitz's vast experience in auditing and the international corporate environment as valuable for the committee and the company. Cherry SE also expressed its gratitude to Joachim Coers for his contributions during his tenure.
