Harsh Saini and Roland Krüger Join Supervisory Board of PUMA SE

Herzogenaurach, May 23, 2024 – The annual general shareholders meeting of PUMA SE has elected Harsh Saini and Roland Krüger as independent members of the Supervisory Board for a period of three years. This follows the departure of long-term member Thore Ohlsson. The size of the Supervisory Board has thus increased from six to seven members.

Chair of the Supervisory Board Héloïse Temple-Boyer stated, “Welcoming Harsh and Roland will help PUMA develop further by expanding the overall expertise of our Supervisory Board and further professionalizing its work." PUMA CEO Arne Freundt added, "Their vast knowledge will be an asset to our company."

Harsh Saini, a sustainability expert, has previously worked with brands like the Body Shop, Nike, and the Fung Group. Roland Krüger, an expert in retail management and digitalization, is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Dyson Holdings.
