HBM Healthcare Investments Shareholders Approve All Proposals

At the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on June 17, 2024, HBM Healthcare Investments Ltd shareholders approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors.

The Chairman, Hans Peter Hasler, along with board members Dr. Rudolf Lanz, Mario G. Giuliani, Dr. Stella X. Xu, and Dr. Elaine V. Jones, were re-elected for another one-year term. Members of the Compensation Committee—Mario G. Giuliani, Dr. Stella X. Xu, and Dr. Elaine E. Jones—were also re-elected for a further one-year term. Additionally, the proposed compensation for the Board of Directors and Management was approved.

Shareholders sanctioned a par value repayment of CHF 7.50 per share, with the cash distribution set for August 9, 2024. The shares with entitlement to this distribution will trade for the last time on August 6, 2024.
